How to Hide Files or Folder

It is very simple tricks for hiding any files or folder. For this, we will use the command prompt. Once the file or folder will be hidden by this method, then that file or folder can’t be search by any search option even we click "Show All Hidden Files and Folders".

        

         Processes are given step by step for hiding any files or folder:

1. Suppose we want to hide a folder which is available in Drive “D” with Name “Songs”.
2. Firstly, we will open run command with using Window + R Button or Startà Run.
3. Then we will type "cmd" and hit enter key. A command prompt window displays.
4. Now we will type "attrib +s +h D:\Songs" and hit enter.
5. The folder "Songs" will be hidden. It cannot be viewed by search options. We can checked this folder in concerning drive. It will not be display.
6. If we want to display this folder again then we will use same command with using “–” in place of “+”.
